Theta Healing Retreat

Theta is the brain wave we naturally enter during deep sleep, and it can be accessed consciously to enhance our senses and connect with "All That Is." In this retreat, you will learn to enter the Theta state instantly and harness its potential.

What You Will Learn:

• The basics of Theta practice
• How to do readings on yourself and others
• How to facilitate healing energy for yourself and others
• Understanding and working with the realms of existence
• Belief work: clearing thoughts and beliefs that prevent us from realizing our true potential

Retreat Details:

• Duration: Weekend retreat
• Includes: Meals, snacks, and class supplies (If you have special dietary needs, please bring your own items and supplement with what's available at the class meals)
• Accommodations: Beds available for nine participants; if you don't get a bed, please bring sleeping gear (blanket and pillow, air mattresses are available)
• Personal Items to Bring: Notebook, pen, pendulum (if you have one), and a jacket for cooler weather
